AQBO uses only top quality parts and components sourced from Internationally recognized manufacturers across Australia, USA, Germany, Spain, Italy, Israel and Poland, to achieve a high end product; guaranteed to last decades if looked after appropriately.
Our impressive 5-year product warranty covers the buyer against defective materials or product failure caused by faulty components or workmanship.
Feel safe knowing you are looked after by a reputable Australian company which has been in the game since 1992. Defects or product failures caused by faulty components or incorrect manufacture is guaranteed to be repaired or replaced. In the event the product is discontinued, we may replace with a similar product (consisting of similar parts, components and fabric). Refunds may be offered only at the discretion of Australian Quality Blinds Online, where replacement or repair is not possible.
** Warranty is non-transferable and only the original purchaser of the blinds is covered. Proof of purchase is required, and the blind must be the original blind for its installed location. **
Australian Quality Blinds Online takes no responsibility or liability for any incidentals, damage or other costs accrued, as a result of our product.
Please note the fabric colours may appear slightly different on screen compared with the real actual physical fabric colours. Our sample swatches are free, so we strongly recommend ordering our DIY kit to get a true idea of the colours available, rather than choosing directly and only from the colours on the website (which may be affected by monitor/screen settings).
Any purchases made from AQBO are additionally covered under the Consumer Law Act. We provide a professional online service coupled with a high end product abiding to the rules and regulations laid out by the ACCC (www.accc.gov.au).

- Freight Costs
- Removal, Installation or any additional Labour costs
- Product Misuse or Abuse
- Damages caused by Accidents
- Snapped Parts caused by Misuse or Accident
- Use of Chemicals and/or staining caused by chemicals
To make a Claim
To make a claim simply call or email us and we will look into the issue. Claim may take around 7-10 working days to process.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to manufacture and have your order ready within the fastest time frame achievable, given current market conditions. During peak periods (such as Christmas), or in the event of stock delays, our turnovers may become delayed. We’ll keep you informed of any unexpected manufacturing delays. As a general outline, orders are ready within 2-3 weeks and shipped immediately after. Freight duration is determined by a trusted 3rd party delivery service (and usually takes between 2-5 business days, depending on location and state).
Upon dispatch, you will receive a consignment reference number to track your order. Over the Christmas break, our factory closes for a pre-determined length of time. These dates are made clear on our website. You may always give us a call to confirm.
Our delivery and packaging fees are totally free on orders above $399. We do not hide other delivery fees in the price of the goods. Our DIY Kit however is always free and dispatched as express goods to your door.
Our freight couriers are highly trusted and reputable, and always deliver on time. Our orders are dispatched upon factory completion to avoid delays. You will receive a consignment reference number to track your order. Your delivery can be tracked on the freight couriers website. All our orders must be signed for, and couriers will never leave goods alone by themselves without a signature of receival. If you are not present during a delivery, the couriers will leave a note for you to reschedule a new delivery date. Our couriers operate between 9am and 5pm between Mondays and Fridays only.
Australian Quality Blinds Online take no responsibility for delays or losses caused by our freight couriers, as they are separate to our operations and we have no control over the delivery.
